Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are usually processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–3 working days
- Remote Areas & Villages: 4–6 working days
Please note that delivery times may be extended during sales, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed if any delays occur.
