How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered through our trusted, registered courier partners to the shipping address provided during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery before the parcel is handed over.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–3 working days
- Remote Areas: 4–6 working days
Please allow up to 7 working days during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-volume sale events. While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I open my Cash on Delivery parcel before making the payment?
No. As per courier company policy, Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels cannot be opened before payment has been completed.
However, you can shop with confidence. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, simply contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or process your request according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to check the real-time status of your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You may request changes or cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
